A capa de 'The Brotherhood Of The Snake' foi assinada pelo renomado artista Eliran Kantor, que já trabalhou com a banda nos álbuns 'The Formation of Damnation' (2008) e 'Dark Roots of Earth' (2012) e tem no currículo Hate Eternal, Iced Earth, Incantation, Atheist entre tantas outras. A produção do disco está a cargo do produtor Juan Urteaga (Exodus, Machine Head) e a mixagem e masterização com Andy Sneap (Accept, Cradle of Filth, Kreator).
