HORRIFIC DEMISE surgiu na mente de Matt Bishop (Human Artifacts e ex-Lividity), em 2013 o guitarrista Tony Tipton (Regurgitation, ex-Necrotic Disgorgement) embarcou no projeto. E nos cincos anos seguintes a line-up completou-se com o baterista Kyle Christman (Gorgasm, Sarcophagy), o baixista Phil Good (Necrotic Disgorgement, Created To Kill etc) e o frontman Anthony Voight (Gorgasm, Sarcophagy).

O primeiro álbum da HORRIFIC DEMISE, intitulado 'Excruciating Extermination', será lançado pela Comatose Music em 06 de setembro de 2019. A pré-venda está disponível no link: comatosemusic.com/horrificdemise
